Our work sits at the intersection of medicine and technology: from defining the clinical problem and understanding real-world workflow, through product development, evidence strategy and clinical validation, to building digital tools and education ourselves.
Running our own platforms is what keeps the advisory work honest. We are not describing product decisions in the abstract, we are making them every week and living with the consequences.

Sycamore Healthworks Ltd delivers all advisory and education engagements as a company. Clients contract with Sycamore, not with an individual clinician.
The company was founded by Dr Robert Sykes, Clinical Lecturer in Ischaemic Heart Disease at the University of Glasgow and Specialty Registrar in Cardiology and General Internal Medicine, who leads its clinical work.
We draw on a network of practising specialist clinicians, so engagements are staffed against the clinical question rather than against whoever is free. Where a project needs expertise outside cardiovascular medicine and acute care, we say so and bring in a named specialist rather than stretching beyond our own competence.
